Forming Fabrics for Hygiene Papers
Andritz Kufferath offers a range of products that have been specially designed for the requirements of hygiene paper production.
All our fabric designs are the result of careful analysis of customer demands, taking into account both prevailing machine configurations as well as the overall production input factors and constraints.
For the production of single-layer, wet-creped grades such as towel or toilet crepe on Fourdrinier machines Andritz Kufferath generally recommends coarse and semi-fine weaves. For Crescent and twin-wire formers Andritz Kufferath recommends forming fabrics of higher fineness. Andritz Kufferath also offers fabrics specifically designed and finished to meet the special requirements of TAD machines.
